That arrow in the bullseye can mean several different things. It can mean repeated failed attempts will lead to success, or it can mean that we miss the target all the time but only claim the bullseye. It's either motivational or a laugh at the human psychology that yells "Bullseye!" because that success erases our memory of past mistakes.
