A dim-witted jester trains a very intelligent rat.
This rat is a portrait of my own rat, Beast, which I had in high school. He came when I called him, and our dogs did not. Jesters are a common theme with me, and I sometimes play one.
About Eric Haines
Eric's artwork is particularly suited to coffee cups. Eric Haines is a multi-talented performer with talents as a one man band, comedian, juggler, unicyclist, marionette puppeteer and illustrator. He lives in Everett WA, just north of Seattle, and is originally from Missoula, Montana.
